When I was a kid I would eat peanut butter almost all the time and would eat Cheerios for breakfast sometimes I would have them for a little snack but never thought about eating them together until one day a friend mom maid us a Cheerio peanut butter snack. I tried it out and to my surprise it was good, that was long time ago.  I started seeing them in school I was very happy to see them in the vending machines. As I grew up things change today they are called snack bars, yes snack bars, because people are so busy it's hard to sit down with family and eat a bowl cereal. But the cereal bars are a little different, they are not the peanut bars. You may have seen them in stores at supermarkets. Milk 'n Cereal Bars Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk 'n Cereal Bars Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Milk 'n Cereal Bars Cocoa Puffs. (Cheerioats) today know as Cheerios I must say have been around for a very long time since 1941

General Mills created them and what keep them still in business and growing is that they are very good at inventing healthy good tasty snacks.  Here is a list of good snacks they make Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Gushers, Fruit Roll-Ups, Fruit Shapes, Nature Valley, Fiber One bars. But for those who like to make a snack at home for the kiddies or just to keep in the house. There's nothing like Cheerios peanut butter snack bars. That mixture of Cheerios and peanut butter can't be beat. They are easy to make it doesn't take a lot of time. They seemed to maybe be held together by peanut butter based but they were not very sticky.  Once you make some your kids and their friends will love you for it. You can make it for parties, movie night with the family
